We accept most health insurance plans. Before scheduling an appointment, we strongly recommend you contact your health plan to verify that our location is included in your network. Your health plan will also be able to inform you of any co-pays, deductible, or co-insurance amounts that will be your responsibility.

Cash options are also available.

We hold on to your appointment time just for you. We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you must give at least 4 hours notice to cancel. If you don’t, you’ll be charged a $20 fee for not showing up. We appreciate your understanding.
