We have teamed up with a few amazing local businesses we all know and love.

To enter, refer a family member, friend, colleague, neighbor, or anyone else in need of Chiropractic care. No limit on the number of entries into the drawing.

Referrals must be new patients to Helix Chiropractic & Sports Clinic.

Drawing will be done on January 2nd, 2025 after the new year. We will post a video of the drawing on our social media pages.

We will contact the winner directly after the drawing. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days after the drawing, we will draw for a new winner.
